Terraphase is a conceptual fashion retailer selling fashion evoking the avant-apocalypse movement. The movement explores fashion as a response to uncertainty rather than a reaction to catastrophe. Terraphase exists at the intersection of function and expression, where garments are designed to adapt, endure, and evolve.
After coining the moniker of ‘aberrant couture,’ I researched brands that fit within the vision for Terraphase Retail and would be the first cohort of brands sold at locations - which included Heyun Pan, Dion Lee, Ottolinger, and Maison Margiela.
